Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Host subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled.

1. Host subscriptions
Approved Hosts may subscribe to access Host tools, publish public plans and manage their venue presence on Vamio. Subscription details, trial length and pricing are shown at checkout.
2. Free trial
Host subscriptions may include a free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will renew at the price shown at checkout.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting hosts@getvamio.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
4. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or where Vamio determines a refund is appropriate. Refund requests can be sent to hosts@getvamio.com.
5. Failed payments
If payment fails, Host features may be limited, paused or removed until billing is resolved.
6. Founding Host pricing
Founding Host pricing is only retained while the relevant subscription remains active and in good standing. Cancellation, failed payment or termination may remove eligibility for Founding pricing.
