Community Guidelines
Vamio exists to help adults make genuine real-world plans and connections. These guidelines explain the behaviour we expect from users and Hosts.
Last updated: 24 June 2026
1. Be respectful
Treat people with courtesy. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, hate speech, threats, sexual pressure, stalking and abusive behaviour are not allowed.
2. Be genuine
Use accurate information and represent yourself honestly. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your age, create fake profiles or pretend to represent a venue you are not connected to.
3. Meet safely
Choose public places, tell someone where you are going, trust your instincts and leave any situation that feels unsafe. Report concerns through Vamio.
4. Keep plans accurate
Plans should be clear, realistic and truthful. Hosts are responsible for accurate venue information, dates, times, descriptions and expectations.
5. No spam or manipulation
Do not use Vamio for spam, scams, fake engagement, misleading promotion, scraping, automation or unwanted commercial messages.
6. Report concerns
If you see behaviour that violates these guidelines, report it. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or take other action to protect the community.
