1. Who operates Vamio

Vamio is operated by MEDIA JUNKIES SRL. By using Vamio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Age requirement

Vamio is for adults aged 18 and over. You must not create an account or use Vamio if you are under 18.

3. User accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use Vamio respectfully and lawfully. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Real-world plans

Vamio helps people discover and join real-world plans. You are responsible for your own decisions when attending plans, meeting other users or visiting venues. Use common sense, meet safely and report concerns.

5. Hosts and venues

Hosts must represent a real venue or business and must have authority to publish plans on its behalf. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of venue details, public plans, descriptions, dates, times, images and any promises made to users.

Vamio may approve, decline, suspend or revoke Host status at any time to protect the platform, users or brand quality.

6. Host subscriptions

Approved Hosts may be required to maintain an active subscription to publish and manage public plans. Billing is processed by Stripe. Subscription pricing may include Founding Host pricing and Standard Host pricing as shown at checkout.

Founding Host pricing applies only while the relevant subscription remains active. If a subscription is cancelled, expires, fails payment or is otherwise terminated, Founding pricing may no longer be available.

7. Free trials, renewal and cancellation

Host subscriptions may include a free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will renew automatically at the price shown at checkout. Hosts can manage billing through Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments except where required by law.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Stripe. Refunds are considered according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

9. Content and acceptable use

You must not upload, publish or send content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, sexually exploitative, spammy, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful. Additional rules are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.

10. Safety, moderation and enforcement

Vamio may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, delete accounts, revoke Host status or take other action where we believe it is necessary to protect users, Hosts, venues, our services or our legal obligations.

11. Platform availability

We work to keep Vamio reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be improved, limited or removed as the product evolves.

12. Liability

Vamio provides a social discovery and planning platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, Hosts or venues, the quality or availability of events, cancelled plans, venue experiences, personal injury, loss or damage arising from real-world interactions, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vamio after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
